Spinach Parmesan


Make this healthy , easy and  sophisticated side dish for lunch, dinner or a weekend brunch.
SPINACH PARMESAN
4- 10-ounce packages of frozen chopped spinach
1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese ( about 3 Ounces )
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
1/3 Cup Whipping Cream
2 Tbsp ( 1/4 Stick ) Butter Melted
1/2 tsp.Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
Lemon Wedges
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter 8x8x2 inch glass baking dish. Cook spinach according to package directions; drain and squeeze out excess moisture. Combine spinach, cheese, onion, cream, butter, salt and pepper in medium bowl. Transfer mixture to prepared dish. Bake until spinach mixture is heated through,about 20 minutes. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve.
