Snickers Pie
Snickers candy bars are so good and gluten-free. This is another classic recipe you can modify to your own taste. The hardest part about any gluten-free pie is the crust! For this recipe, you can either use a store-bought cookie or bake your own. In the summertime, I vote for the store-bought! Some variations on this recipe call for chocolate spread over the base of the pie crust. You can make it more festive by cutting up Snickers bars and sprinkling over the top, or you can drizzle chocolate or caramel sauce over the top – or both! Some people also put roasted peanuts in the filling. Make this recipe a day ahead because it will need to chill. This is a classic recipe that you and your family will enjoy!

4 ounces cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup regular or chunky peanut butter
1-2 Snickers bars (I say the more the merrier!)
8 ounces whipped topping, thawed
Your favorite cookie pie crust

Using the paddle on your mixer, cream the sugar, peanut butter, and cream cheese.
Chop the Snickers bars and add to the creamed mixture.
Fold in the whipped topping until mixed.
Pour into prepared crust.
Chill in the refrigerator overnight.
