Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting

6 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 cups confectioners’ sugar
Milk or light cream

Enough to frost and fill one 9-inch, 2 layer cake.

Place the softened cream cheese in your mixing bowl, paddle attached.
Turn the mixer speed to low and slowly add the confectioners’ sugar. Beat until smooth. The milk is optional, but you can add it if the icing is too thick. Add the milk one teaspoon at a time until it’s the consistency you want.
