•2 cup(s) of graham cracker crumbs
•1 2/3 cup(s) of chopped pecans

•1 tbsp. of instant coffee
•14 ounce(s) of sweetened condensed milk
•1 tsp. of vanilla extract
•1/2 tsp. of vegetable shortening
Steps
1.In a small bowl, cream the cream cheese with a wooden spoon or a hand mixer until it is light and fluffy.
2.In a separate bowl, whisk together all of the dry ingredients.
3.Add the cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla to the dry ingredients, mixing until the cream cheese is well-incorporated and the graham cracker crumbs are completely moist.
4.Scoop the batter into a pre-greased and floured 11x7 inch baking dish.
5.Rub the shortening on your hands and press the batter into the pan until the batter is evenly distributed throughout the baking dish and the top is flat.
