Chocolate-Chipotle Cream Cheese Pizza with Raspberries
This is a unique twist on a dessert pizza. There is an interesting combination of sweet and heat with chipotle chile powder, chocolate and raspberries incorporated into the dessert. Prep time: 10 minutes |Cook time: 15 minutes |Total time: 25 minutes |Servings: 10•8 ounce(s) of pkg. of crescent roll dough
•1/3 cup(s) of semi-sweet chocolate morsels
•1 tbsp. of butter
•8 ounce(s) of Philadelphia cream cheese
•1/2 tsp. of chipotle chile powder
•1/3 cup(s) of raspberry preserves
•1 cup(s) of fresh raspberries
•1 ounce(s) of chocolate bar
Steps
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2.Unroll crescent roll dough onto ungreased baking sheet, forming a circle and pressing the seams together. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
3.Cool the crust for 15 minutes. Meanwhile.
4.Place the chocolate chips and butter in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 30 to 40 seconds, stirring every 10 to 20 seconds until smooth.
5.Combine chocolate mixture with softened cream cheese and chipotle powder in a medium bowl. Stir until well combined. Spread onto cooled crust.
6.Microwae raspberry preserves for 20 seconds and stir unti smooth. Drizzle over chocolate.
7.Garnish with fresh raspberries and grate chocolate oer all.
8.Cut into wedges or squares and serve
