                                                 So easy, So Tasty!
                                    These Gluten Free Elephant Ears 
                                  are easy and really do taste delicious.  
                                   Another keep it super simple recipes.
                                                      RECIPE FOR 
                                     GLUTEN FREE ELEPHANT EARS

1 Cup White Rice Flour
1/2 Cup Tapioca Flour
1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 Cups Milk 
1 Tablespoon Butter, Softened
1 Egg ( For Protein ) Opt.
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
Cinnamon and Sugar for Sprinkling 

Create It!

In medium sized mixing bowl, combine flour, 
baking powder and salt.
 Combine Well.

In the center of flour make an opening (well).
Add in milk, butter, egg and lemon juice.
 Combine well.
Whisk until batter is smooth and clumpfree. 

Drop 1/4 Cup of batter at a time onto a 
hot oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat.

Cover with a lid. Once bubbles appear. Reduce heat.
 Allow to fry approx. three minutes. 

Flip over, cook on reverse side for another 
2 minutes. 
 Remove. Sprinkle with Cinnamon Sugar or
 Powdered Sugar if you prefer.
