Classic Rocky Road Candy

This candy is very easy. Be sure to buy gluten-free marshmallows.

1/2 stick butter
1 6 oz. package semi-sweet chocolate morsels
3 cups miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Combine the butter and chocolate in a saucepan. Turn the heat to low and stir until melted and smooth.
Stir in the marshmallows and nuts until coated.
Spoon onto wax paper or Silpat pan liner.
Cool in refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.
