Salmon Wrapped in Bacon with a Creamy Philadelphia Cream Cheese Lemon Sauce

You don't have to be a gourmet chef to make this elegant, sophisticated, healthy protein packed salmon entree. With just a little bit of confidence and experimentation, you'll be popping this summer time favorite in the oven and serving it up in no time. Who says baking fish is just too much trouble. If you like bacon and cream cheese your going to love this recipe! Prep time: 20 minutes |Cook time: 25 minutes |Total time: 45 minutes
Servings: 3•4 ounce(s) of Salmon Fillets (Quanity-3)
•4 Slices of Maple Cured Thick Sliced Bacon, Partially Fried
•3 Wooden Bamboo Skewers
•1/2 tsp. of Freshly Grated Ginger
•2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
•1/2-Packet of Sazon
•1/2 cup(s) of Soy Sauce
•1/2 cup(s) of Water
•3 Lemon Slices (Garnish)
•1 Handful of Fresh Parsley Sprigs (Garnish)
•For Sauce
•1 tbsp. of Butter
•8 ounce(s) of Philadelphia Cream Cheese Chunk Size (Softened)
•1/2 Juice of One Lemon
•1/4 cup(s) of milk
•2 Chive Blades Snipped with Kichen shears into 1/2 pieces
Steps
1.Preheat oven to 400 Degrees F.
2.Place salmon in a 9" x 12" baking dish.
3.Add four slices of bacon to a large sized frying pan.Fry until partially cooked. Bacon should be firm and pliable.
4.Take a slice of bacon and wrap it around salmon fillet lenght wise.Thread a wooden skewer through bacon and salmon fillet. This will secure bacon strip.Continue this process for remaining fillets.
5.Now top each salmon fillet with grated ginger and minced garlic. Pour soy sauce and water evenly over fillets.
6.Place baking dish with salmon fillets in preheated oven @ 400 degrees and bake uncovered for 25 minutes.
* For Sauce
8.Melt butter in medium sauce pan over low heat.Stir until melted.Add cream cheese chunks and continue stirring until smooth and creamy. ( Maintain sauce pan on low heat throughout sauce making process).
9.Stir in milk and lemon juice until well blended.
10.Using Kitchen shears, snip chives into sauce pan, mix well. Set aside.
11.When salmon is done, remove from oven. Serve on individual plates. Rewarm lemon sauce,as necessary.
12.Generously drizzle 1/3 cup of sauce over each salmon fillet and garnish with lemon slice and parsley sprig.
13.Serve with your favorite rice or potatoe and veggie of your choice. Enjoy!
