•1/3 cup(s) of lemon juice
•14 ounce(s) of sweetened condensed milk
•1 tsp. of vanilla extract
•1 1/2 cup(s) of milk
•2 tsp. of sugar
•1 tbsp. of cocoa powder
•1/2 cup(s) of chopped strawberries
•1 cup(s) of chocolate graham cracker crumbs
•1/2 cup(s) of chopped strawberries
Steps
1.combine cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk with hand blender until smooth
2.add 1/2 cup milk, lemon juice and vanilla extract, blend immediately to combine, adding more milk if the mixture is too firm
3.separate in to three bowls
4.in the first bowl add cocoa powder and about 1 to 2 tbsp of milk, combine completely
5.in second bowl add strawberries combine with spoon or hand blender
6.leave third bowl as is
7.add 2-3 tsps of sugar to the plain graham cracker crumbs, mix
8.spoon or pour batter into shot glasses 3/4 of the way full, with the cheesecake batters, you should have enough for 3 or 4 of each flavor
9.top with graham cracker crumbs, traditional cheesecake has traditional crumbs, chocolate with chocolate, and strawberry with either, or they can be mixed up
10.garnish with strawberries and chocolate syrup
11.enjoy your adorable desserts with friends and family
