Sylvias Silly Peaches Share Tags: dessert, dessert week 1This recipe has been in my Family for decades, compliments of my Dear Mother, Sylvia. It is great for Holidays and even just...."I want to have Sylvias Silly Peaches ;-) " Prep time: 10 minutes |Cook time: 30 minutes |Total time: 40 minutes |Servings: 6•4 ounce(s) of Philadelphia cream cheese
•4 cup(s) of peaches - canned/sliced
•4 cup(s) of macaroons - crumbled
•1 cup(s) of Almonds sliced
•1/2 cup(s) of Amaretto
•1 cup(s) of heavy cream
Steps
1.In a large mixing bowl mix macaroons
2.add 1/2 cup sliced almonds
3.add Amaretto
4.mix all together
5.In a 1 - 1/2 quart casserole dish put the peaches
6.top the peaches with the macaroon mixture covering the peaches
7.bake @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes
8.In the meantime while the peaches and macaroons are baking lets prepare the whipped cream
9.In a mixing bowl add the heavy cream
10.add the remaining sliced almonds
11.whip till you have soft peaks
12.after Sylvias Silly Peaches are done baking scoop a warm serving onto a plate
13.Finally top with the almond whipped cream !
