Strawberry Delight
Super fun for the kids to help make and eat too. This dessert is at home on the family dinner table, a children's birthday party or and elegant dinner party! Prep time: 30 minutes |Cook time: 15 minutes |Total time: 45 minutes |Servings: 8•16 ounce(s) of Strawberry Philadelphia Cream Cheese
•2 pound(s) of strawberries
•2 cup(s) of whipping cream
•1 cup(s) of confectioners sugar
•1 cup(s) of sugar
•1 box frozen puff pastries
•1 tsp. of vanilla
Steps
1.set puff pastry sheets on counter to thaw
2.pre heat oven to 400
3.while oven is heating rinse, clean and slice the two pounds fresh strawberries
4.add 1/2 cup sugar to the strawberries and put in fridge to chill
5.cut letters or shapes out of the puff pastry and top with the remaining 1/2 cup sugar
6.bake the letters and shapes for 11-4 minutes..just until golden brown
7.when you put the puff spstry into the oven, put your whipping cream, beaters and bowl into the freezer to chill
8.when the puff pastries are baked and cooling make your whipped cream with the 2 cups whipping cream and the 1 cup confectioners sugar and vanilla
9.beat until fluffy the 1 ounces Strawberry Philadelphia Cream Cheese. Add 1 and 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
10.Fold in 1/2 of the whipped cream in three batches. Do not over mix...you want this light and fluffy.
11.Assemble the dessert: spoon of fresh strawberries topped with the Philly mix, topped with the strawberries topped with the Philly topped with the strawberries topped with a big spoon of whilled cream.
