berry Tarts with Philadelphia Cream Cheese Pastry
This is a beautiful dessert--try it with any of your favorite berries! Prep time: 30 minutes |Cook time: 46 minutes |Total time: 1 hour 16 minutes |Servings: 6•1 pound(s) of butter
•4 1/2 cup(s) of flour
•1 tbsp. of sugar
•1 tsp. of salt
•16 ounce(s) of Philadelphia cream cheese
•1/3 cup(s) of sugar
•1 cup(s) of sour cream
•2 tsp. of vanilla
•2 cup(s) of cool whip topping
•1 raspberry pie filling
•6 fresh raspberries
Steps
1.Philadelphia Cream Cheese Pastry: Mix the Philadelphia 8 oz. cream cheese and butter into the flour, salt, 1 T sugar until it binds together. Divide into 6 balls. You can use the pastry now or freeze until you need the rest. Makes 6 pie crusts. Form crust into cupcake pan. Bake 16 minutes until light brown. Put in refrigerator for 10 minutes to cool. Take out of pan and fill with cream cheese filling.
2.Philadelphia Cream Cheese Pie Filling: Beat 8 oz. cream cheese till fluffy. Add 1/3 sugar,sour cream, vanilla and beat. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into tarts. Garnish top of tarts with raspberry pie filling and top with fresh raspberries. My family loves these refreshing tarts and they are really good with any fresh fruit!! ENJOY!!!
