Chocolate Orange Cheesecakes Share
I love the combo of chocolate and orange mixed with the creaminess of the Philadelphia cream cheese and the hint of spice from the gingersnap.The whipped topping laced with flavors of orange and chocolate just puts this over the top! •1/4 cup(s) of sugar
•1/2 cup(s) of semi-sweet Belgium Chocolate
•1/2 cup(s) of Belgium milk chocolate
•3 eggs
•14 ounce(s) of can of sweetened condensed milk
•8 ounce(s) of Whipped Topping
•1 small milk chocolate bar
•36 Ginger snaps
•1 tsp. of Orange zest
•3 packages of Philadelphia Cream Cheese
•6 tbsp. of Orange Liquer
Steps
1.1. In large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, butter, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, and sugar. Blend well with mixer. 2. Melt semi-sweet and milk chocolate in microwave for 60 seconds, stirring half-way. Pour chocolate in creamed mixture right away. Add 1/2 teaspoon of orange zest and 4 tablespoons orange liquer. Mix together well. 3. Line muffin tins with baking cups, put 1 ginger snap (flat side up) in each tin. Ladle mixture and fill each cup. 4. Bake at 325 for approximately 20 mins. Cool and chill for 2 hours. 5. Add 2 tablespoons orange liquer and half teaspoon of orange zest to whipped topping. Dollop on top of each cheese cake, shave chocolate bar and sprinkle on top.
