Carob Pudding
          We went to the Half Off Book Store this evening and 
       on the way home, I was trying to think of a quick and 
       simple recipe with a little chocolate. 

       So, here we go!
     
       After we arrived back home, I went directly into my 
       test kitchen and  here is what I came up with!
     
      Carob Pudding!
     
      An all natural homemade chocolate pudding
      that taste simply delicious.
    
         Gluten Free   Carob Pudding

      4 Cups Milk
    1/4 Cup Cornstarch ( Gluten Free )
    1/4 Cup Carob Powder or Cocoa
    1/2 Cup of Agave Nectar or White Sugar
    1/4 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
    1 teaspoon Vanilla ( Gluten Free )
    1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
    1 teaspoon Gelatin
    
           Let's Create It!
        
     In a medium mixing bowl, add one ingredient at a time,
     combining each one until all ingredients have be added and 
     combined well with a wire whisk, Until smooth.
      
     Pour milk mixture into a saucepan.Bring to a boil and allow
     to boil for one minute, while stirring continuously
    
     Remove from heat. 
     
     Pour into single serving bowls or a serving dish.
  
     Serve hot or allow to cool and cover with plastic wrap to chill.
     
     Top with Cool Whip, Sprinkles or whatever sounds good!
     
     Now relax and enjoy some chocolate!
