|Anytime Gluten Free Yogurt Choco Crunch!|
Here we go!
I have some yogurt in my refrigerator and was really trying to consider how I might blend some sort of chocolate morsels or cocoa or some sort kind of chocolate into my plain yogurt.
All of a sudden, the light bulb came on! I could make gluten free crunchies like the one's Mcdonald's uses in their fruit yogurt.However, mine would need to be gluten free.
This is where the magic began..
Today's Recipe :
Yogurt n' Choco Crunch Dessert
8 oz. Plain Yogurt
* For the Crunchies
1 1/2 cups Almond Meal
1/2 Cup Coca Powder
1/4 Cup Butter or Coconut Oil
1/3 cup Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
Garnish: Whipped Cream, Chocolate Morsels (0ptional)
Combine all ingredients in
to a medium size mixing bowl. Stir with a spoon until well combined.
Add mixture to a
8inch x 8 inch glass baking dish sprayed with non-stick spray.
Bake on 350 degrees F. 23-25 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Allow to cool.
Add a thin layer of crunchies in between each dollop of yogurt.
Add Desired Topping!
It's Now ready to devour!
Place crumble's in a
storage bowl or place in a freezer bag and freeze for future use..
