Fried Green Tomatoes

We had these wonderful fried green tomatoes for dinner last night. They were fresh out of our garden. They  tasted wonderful.I wish we could grow organic food all year around.

Fried Green Tomatoes
Salt & Pepper
1 Cup Gluten Free All Purpose Flour
2 Eggs Beaten
Cut tops and bottoms off tomatoes and slice in 1/4 inch slices.
Create a Breading Station by Adding Eggs to a medium size bowl and flour to medium sized bowl.
Now, dip one tomatoe at a time into egg then flour and place a frying pan coated with 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil. Brown on both sides.This takes approx. 4-5 minutes each.( Add more olive as needed,if you notice tomatoes starting to get too dark). Serve Immediately. Serving Size 4
