White Chocolate Raspberry Key Lime Bars Share Tags: dessert These ooey gooey bars has a buttery crust that is laced with white chocolate and layered with a sweet n' tart key lime mixture with swirls of raspberry preserve baked right in! 1 stick of butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
8 ounce(s) of Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
2 cup(s) of powdered sugar
1/2 cup(s) of key lime or lime juice
1/2 cup(s) of sour cream
1 cup(s) of white chocolate chips
1/2 cup(s) of seedless raspberry preserve
2 eggs
Steps
Preheat oven to 400.
In a large bowl, cream the cream cheese until fluffy.
Mix in the powdered sugar
Mix in 2 eggs
Mix in the key lime juice and the sour cream. Set aside.
In a medium bowl add cake mix, melted butter and 1 beaten egg. Combine until a dough forms.
Press the dough into a 11x15 greased and floured baking sheet.
Sprinkle white chocolate chips over the dough.
Pour the key lime mixture evenly over the white chocolate chips.
Drop spoonfuls of raspberry preserve on top of the key lime mixture and carefully drag a butter knife through the preserve to created swirls.
Place into the oven and bake until for 30-35 minutes. Filling will be slightly jiggly when removed from the oven but will firm up as it cools.

Once cooled, slice bars into squares and serve
