Tailgating Time- Buffalo Wings Share Tags: appetizer It's a party for the Buffalo Bills!!! This is a great dish to share with your friends. Even though T.O. won't be in Buffalo this season, I know he will love these. These babies might be messy, but you will love the flavor. Through the roof!!! Prep time: 25 minutes | Cook time: 20 minutes | Total time: 45 minutes | Servings: 30 5 pound(s) of Bag frozen chicken wings
8 ounce(s) of Traditional Philadelphia Cream Cheese
8 ounce(s) of Garden Vegetable Philadelphia Cream Cheese
14 1/2 ounce(s) of Chicken Stock
4 cup(s) of Flour
4 cup(s) of Store Barbeque Sauce (any brand)
8 ounce(s) of Traditional Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1/3 cup(s) of brown sugar
1/2 cup(s) of ketchup
1 pinch of black pepper
1 pinch of cayenne pepper
12 ounce(s) of beer (one can)
1 cup(s) of Hot Sauce(for traditional buffalo wing sauce)
1/2 cup(s) of butter
Steps
Pre-heat oil to 350 degrees
Over medium heat, whisk together regular cream cheese, garden vegetable cream cheese, chicken stock and old bay seasoning
Whisk to a smooth creamy texture
Place chicken pieces into mixture and "flash steam" for 6 to 7 minutes.
Remove chicken from skillet and allow to sit for 1 minute
Place chicken into flour (seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic salt). Coat all pieces of chicken with flour
Fry chicken at 350 degrees for 6 to 7 minutes
Remove from oil and drain on paper towel
How to make the sauces
Barbeque Sauce
Whisk 8 ounces of cream cheese over medium heat. Add barbeque sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Bring to a simmer. Add 1 12 ounce can of beer. Continue to stir.
Sauce should simmer on low heat for 1 to 2 hours
Traditional Buffalo Wing Sauce
Melt butter over medium heat and add hot sauce. Simmer for 1 to 2 minutes
Complete Buffalo Wings
Place fried wings into a bowl pour buffalo wing sauce over wings. Make sure all pieces are coated
Place on a baking sheet
Put under broiler for 2 minutes
Repeat the process for the barbeque wings
