Sweet Spudella with philly cream cheese Share Tags: side dish, side dish week 2 Sweet Spudella is a delectable sidedish. Its fufilling, and a delight for any ocasion or event. Children especially go bonkers for "spudella." Dont leave out the spudella when entertaining that special fella. Family and friends will want to know how do you make spudella. Prep time: 10 minutes | Cook time: 35 minutes | Total time: 45 minutes | Servings: 10 8 Sweet Potatos
3 1/2 cup(s) of Slightly cooked ground beef
1 1/2 cup(s) of Sugar
2 tbsp. of Vanilla Flavor
8 ounce(s) of Philly Cream Cheese
3 Eggs
1 cup(s) of Melted Butter
1 tbsp. of Nutmeg
Steps
Pre-heat oven on 400 degrees
Put sweet potatos in oven and back for 35 minutes
Remove from oven and slice potatos in half
Gutt out the potatos leaving a lining on skin to keep skin from breaking
Take gutted sweet potatos and place in bowl
Microwave gutted sweet potatos for 10 minutes
Remove and blend for 3 minutes until smooth
Add remaining ingredients into large bowl: cooked ground beef, sugar, vanilla flavor, nutmeg, philly cream cheese, eggs, butter, and sweet potato
Let stand for 5 minutes until thicken (optional: add flour if not thick enough)
Scoop mixture into sweet potato skins
Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown
Serve and enjoy your Sweet SPUDELLA!
