Salsa Dip



Serves 3 - 4

1/2 onion chopped
1 small cloce of garlic chopped
1 small tin of crushed tomatoes
1 tsp tomato puree
1/4 green pepper diced
1/4 yellow pepper diced
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp corriandeer powder pinch of sugar
1 tsp cider viniger or lemon juice
Salt & pepper
1 tbs olive oil

** Important **

When using fresh vegetables and herbs, make sure they are washed thoroughly and drained.


Heat the oil in a pan, add the onion till transparent, add garlic, pepper and fry for a few minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients, stir, cover and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes. When it's cooked, put in a blender to get the desired texture. Serve cold with Fajitas, Taccos or Corn chips.
