Roasted Veggie White Pizza Share Tags: entree part 2 We love pizza night at our home, and this is a refreshing alternative to the traditional heavy pizza. Made with fresh veggies, and a creamy sauce.... it's yummy! Prep time: 15 minutes | Cook time: 30 minutes | Total time: 45 minutes | Servings: 6 1 whole wheat Boboli pizza crust
8 ounce(s) of room temp Philedelphia cream cheese
1 cup(s) of shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 yellow bell pepper-sliced
1 large tomatoe-sliced
1/2 sweet onion-sliced
10 pre roasted garlic cloves
6 mushrooms-sliced
1 tbsp. of grated parmasan/ramano cheese-
1 salt/pepper to taste
Place your Boboli crust on a pizza pan, and set aside.
In a small mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese(microwave uncovered for 30 sec to soften) and roasted garlic and mash and mix well.
Spread the cream cheese mixture on the crust, and arrange the veggies on top.Sprinkle with salt/pepper.
top with the cheeses, and bake for 20-30 min or until veggies are roasted, and cheese melted.
