Gluten Free Ginger Cookie n' Cream Cheese Delight
This is such a rich desert it will cure any type of sweet tooth craving. Prep time: 8 minutes | Cook time: 25 minutes | Total time: 33 minutes | Servings: 8 2 8oz bars of Philadelphia Cream Cheese

1 Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 cup(s) of Crushed Gluten Free Ginger Cookies
2 tbsp. of Butter
1 Small Package of Chocolate Pudding
1 1/2 cup(s) of Milk
1/4 cup(s) of Cashews
Steps
Spray a bread loaf pan with non stick spray. Melt your 2 Tblspns of Butter and mix in a medium bowl with pretzels. Place on the bottom of the pan. Then in a large mixing bowl take 2-8oz bars of Philadelphia cream cheese (room temperature) and 1 can of sweetend condensed milk and mix with hand mixer until well incorporated. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the ginger cookies. In a small bowl take one small package of chocolate pudding with 1 1/2 cups of milk. Mix until thickened and spread over the cream cheese mixture. Then the last part is sprinkle with cashews. Place in fridge for 25 minutes or so until hardened and serve. The dish will still be a creamy, to top off I drizzle chocolate syrup. Enjoy
