Philly Fried Chicken Tenders w/ Red, White & Bleu dipping Sauces Share Tags: entree Chicken Tenders are my son's favorite food, so I wanted to come up with a delicious recipe that the whole family would love. These are so flavorful and the sauces add an extra element of flavor and fun Prep time: 20 minutes | Cook time: 29 minutes | Total time: 49 minutes | Servings: 12 4 Boneless Chicken Breast cut into 3 strips each
4 ounce(s) of Philadelphia Onion and Chive Cream Cheese
1/4 cup(s) of Real Mayonnaise
1 1/2 cup(s) of Whole Milk
1 tbsp. of Dry Ranch Dressing Mix
10 ounce(s) of Seasoned Flour (I used Kentucky Kernel)
3 cup(s) of Vegetable Oil for frying
2 cup(s) of Prepared Ranch Dressing (made with milk and mayo)
4 ounce(s) of Philadelphia Onion & Chive Cream Cheese
2 ounce(s) of Crumbled Bleu Cheese
1/8 tsp. of Garlic Powder
1/4 cup(s) of Salsa
1/4 tsp. of Chipotle powder
1/2 tsp. of Finely chopped fresh cilantro
Steps
Wisk together 4 ounces of the cream cheese, mayo, milk, & 1 Tbls. ranch dressing mix, place in shallow glass pan. set aside
Put seasoned flour in another shallow glass pan, set aside
Divide prepared ranch dressing into 3 bowls putting more in one bowl than the other two
For Bleu Cheese dressing set aside about 1/2 teaspoon of the bleu cheese for garnish, put the rest in one of the bowls along with garlic powder. Mash the cheese into the dressing with a fork. Bleu cheese dip is ready
For Red sauce add the salsa and chipotle into another of the bowls of ranch dressing and mix well. Red sauce is done.
The white sauce will be your third bowl of ranch/cream cheese dip.
Dip chicken tenders in milk/cream cheese mixture and throughly coat in flour. Repeat this process with each tender until they are all done. Set aside to fry.
Fry in Med/hot oil until medium golden brown and crisp outside on both sides.
Serve Chicken Tenders with dipping sauces. Garnish Chipotle sauce with Cilantro, and Bleu sauce with reserved crumbled bleu cheese.
ENJOY!
Hint- to soften cream cheese before wisking into mixtures microwave for about 30 seconds to soften
