Loaded Cheesy Philly Share Tags: entree It's quick, easy and filling and the cream cheese spread gives it an added flavor! It quick and easy and families will love it. Prep time: 15 minutes | Cook time: 15 minutes | Total time: 30 minutes | Servings: 1 1 1 (8oz) pkg. Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup(s) of mayonnaise
1/3 cup(s) of cup prepared horseradish sauce
1/4 cup(s) of chopped green onion
2 tsp. of of olive oil
4 ounce(s) of mushrooms
1/2 cup(s) of of gravy
1 cup(s) of of cooked yellow rice
2 slices of provolone cheese
1/2 cup(s) of cup of shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup(s) of of dice tomatoes
1/2 cup(s) of of arugula
1 pound(s) of of thinly sliced seasoned ribeye steak
2 Warm flatbread
Steps
Mix Philly Cream Cheese, mayonnaise, horseradish sauce together and set aside.
Saute onions, peppers and mushrooms in oil until tender.
Add sliced ribeye steak and stir until tender.
Warm flatbread in microwave for 10 seconds.
Spread cream cheese mixture on warm flatbread and add slices of provolone cheese.
Spoon rice and steak mixture on flatbread
Top with and Monterey jack cheese, tomatoes and arugula.
