8 ounce(s) of Philedelphia Cream Cheese
8 ounce(s) of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 1/2 ounce(s) of Hot Sauce
8 8 inch Flour Tortillas
Steps
Cook chicken in a baking pan covered with foil on 350 degrees for one hour.
Shred chicken into small pieces with a fork.
In a microwave safe dish, place the cream cheese and hot sauce. Microwave for 2 minutes, then stir until blended.
Mix in chicken.
Put one tortilla in a quesadiila or a frying pan. Spoon 1/4 of the mixture on the tortilla and spread.
Top with cheddar cheese. Place another tortilla on top and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Remove and slice into wedges with a pizza cutter.
