Ham & Cheese Crepes Share Tags: entree This recipe takes me back to the Bistro in France where I first tasted a savory crepe....Ahhh Paris! Prep time: 10 minutes | Cook time: 10 minutes | Total time: 20 minutes | Servings: 4 1 cup(s) of Buttermilk Pancake mix
1 cup(s) of milk
1 tbsp. of fresh Thyme
1/2 tsp. of ground clove
1 cup(s) of Onion & Chive Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 cup(s) of shredded Cheddar Jack Cheese
2 tbsp. of Orange Juice
1 Orange Rind Graded
1 dash of Paula Deen
1/2 pound sliced ham
Make Pancakes large using boxed mix and milk. Combine Cream Cheese, Cheddar/ Jack cheese, Orange juice, orange rind, and house seasoning. Spread Cream Cheese mixture over 4 crepes and broil for 2-3 min. Top each with another crepe. Garnish with a dollop of Cream Cheese and a thin orange slice!
