Serves 3 - 4

1 small ripe avocado
1/4 onion finely chopped
1 small tomato finely diced
a few drops tabasco, or a pinch of chilli powder
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs soft cheese
1 tbs sour cream
1 small clove of garlic crushed ( optional ) or 1/4 tsp garlic puree
Salt & pepper

** Important **

When using fresh vegetables and herbs, make sure they are washed thoroughly and drained.

Peel the avocado, add lemon juice and mash till soft, add cream and cheese, then add the rest of the ingredients. Serve with Fajitas, Taccos and Corn chips.
