"Good Morning" Apple Raisin Pecan Strata Share Tags: entree, entree week 7 This is an quick and easy recipe to put together for a breakfast entree when you are going to have your friends over or for when you are having guest overnight and especially for the holidays. It can be made the night before saving you time in the mornings to spend with your friends and family. Prep time: 30 minutes | Cook time: 45 minutes | Total time: 1 hour 15 minutes | Servings: 10 1 pound(s) of cinnamon bread
8 ounce(s) of Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 cup(s) of diced peeled apple
1 cup(s) of Golden Raisins
1 cup(s) of toasted pecans
2 1/2 cup(s) of half- half cream
8 eggs
8 tbsp. of melted butter
1/4 cup(s) of Maple Syrup
Steps
1. Coat a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray 2. Arrange 1/2 of the Cinnamon bread in the bottom of the dish 3. Sprinkle the cubed Philadelphia Cream Cheese over the bread 4. Top with the diced apples 5. Top with the mixture of Golden Raisins and toasted pecan 6. Spread the rest of the cinnamon bread evenly over the top 7. In a large bowl, beat the eggs 8. Add the cream, melted butter and the maple syrup to the beaten eggs and mix 9. Top with the rest of the Cinnamon bread 10. Pour the egg batter over the bread mixture and press down so that all the bread pieces are soaked 11. Sprinkle with fresh or powdered nutmeg 12. Cover the dish with plastic wrap pushing down again to have all bread pieces soaked 13. Refrigerate for 2 hours or over night if you made it the night before 14. Preheat oven to 325 degrees 15. Take off the plastic wrap and bake for 45 minutes 16. Let stand for 10 before serving
