1 shallot diced
2 garlic cloves diced
1/2 cup(s) of shredded parmesan
8 ounce(s) of Philadelphia Cream Cheese
3 ounce(s) of Cambozola cheese
2 tbsp. of olive oil
Steps
Saute asparagus, shallots and garlic in olive oil until soft and tender.
Blend saute' mix just until ingredients are combined and mix in slightly chunky.
Add Cream Cheese in small chunks and blend until fully and evenly combined with asparagus mixture.
Add parmesan and cambozola cheese and blend into cream cheese mixture until smooth and creamy.
Heat 45 - 60 seconds in microwave and serve with favorite dipping vessels.
