Chicken Herb Garlic and Cream Cheese wrapped Bundles Share Tags: appetizer, appetizers week 2 This is an amazing little Chicken, Herb, Garlic and Cream Cheese Bundle of Love. Prep time: 20 minutes | Cook time: 20 minutes | Total time: 40 minutes | Servings: 4 1 pound(s) of boneless skinless Chicken Breast
1 pkg. of Phyllo dough 9x14 inch sheets, 3 sheets per chicken
1 tbsp. of dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp. of fresh thyme, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. of fresh rosemary, chopped
1 cloves of minced garlic
2 tbsp. of 1/3 Less Fat Philadelphia Cream Cheese (softened)
1 pinch of of kosher salt and pepper to season chicken
1 can of cooking spray
Steps
Pre-heat the oven to 375
Lightly season the chicken breast pieces with Kosher salt and Pepper and minced garlic.
Cook the chicken on the stovetop on both side for about 3-4 minutes. When done, set aside to cool down.
Next, mix the dijon mustard, rosemary, thyme and Philadelphia Cream Cheese together.
Lay out a sheet of phyllo dough and spray with cooking spray, or brush with butter. Repeat for a total of three stacked phyllo sheets.
Sprinkle 1 teaspoon full of bread crumbs on the phyllo sheets.
Spread both sides of the cooked chicken with the dijon, herb and cream cheese mix and place on top of the breadcrumbs.
Roll the chicken in the phyllo sheets and place in a baking pan already greased with cooking spray.
Repeat until all the chicken has been wrapped.
Place pan into the oven and bake at 375 for about 15-20 minutes until the bundles are golden brown.
Take out of oven, slice in half, and take a bite.
