Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo Share Tags: entree, entree round 2 Rich, creamy, easy, and tastes wonderful! What more can I say? You have to try it! Prep time: 25 minutes | Cook time: 8 minutes | Total time: 33 minutes | Servings: 6 1 pound(s) of box fettuccine pasta
1 pound(s) of chicken, chunked & cooked
2 cup(s) of chicken broth
1 cup(s) of (2 sticks) unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced fine
1 cup(s) of half & half (I used fat-free)
1 cup(s) of Parmesan cheese (I used ½ Romano cheese)
16 ounce(s) of PHILADELPHIA® Cream Cheese, softened
1 jar of Paprika (to sprinkle on for garnish)
1/2 cup(s) of (Approx) Freshly grated parmesan ( just to use for garnish)
Steps
Cook fettuccine per package instructions
Cook chicken chunks in chicken broth until tested done.
Melt butter in large skillet over medium-low heat. Add the garlic, half & half, cream cheese, and cheese and continue to simmer for 8 minutes or until thick and cheese is melted, stirring constantly, when done, season with freshly grated black pepper to your families liking.
Pour Alfredo sauce onto noodles to absorb sauce,
Top with chicken and mix in.
Plate and sprinkle with paprika and fresh grated parmesan
