Brownie Trifle with Cannoli Cream and Strawberries Share Tags: dessert, brownies, dessert week 2, strawberries A delicious, decadent "pile on" dessert that will please culinary geniuses and kids alike! Prep time: 45 minutes | Cook time: 10 minutes | Total time: 55 minutes | Servings: 8 1 13 X 9 pan prepared brownies
2 cup(s) of ricotta cheese, drained
1 8 oz. block Philadelphia Cream Cheese
3/4 cup(s) of confectioner
2 tbsp. of vanilla extract
2 tsp. of cinnamon
1/4 cup(s) of mini semisweet chocolate chips
1 pint(s) of fresh strawberries, sliced
1 tbsp. of cocoa powder (optional)
Blend together ricotta, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon until very smooth.
Cut brownies into 1 inch squares.
Layer brownies in bottom of bowl. Top with 1/2 the cannoli cream, then 1/2 of the strawberries. Repeat.
4. If you have time, chill to allow flavors to meld.
5. Dust with cocoa powder (or powdered sugar if you prefer.)
6. Scoop into bows. Garnish with whipped cream and more strawberries if desired. Serve and enjoy!
