Breakfast for dinner pizza Share Tags: entree This recipe is the most amazing one yet. Not only is it so delish thanks to philadelphia cream cheese, but it is seriously one of the most beautiful dishes I make! I hope you all enjoy Prep time: 15 minutes | Cook time: 20 minutes | Total time: 35 minutes | Servings: 6 1 pizza dough
1/2 block philadelphia cream cheese (original or chive and onion)
8 slices bacon partially cooked
1/2 cup(s) of grated gruyere cheese
5 eggs
1 pinch of pepper for garnish
3 tbsp. of chopped chives for garnish
Stretch dough to desired shape place on pizza pan. Mix cream cheese and gruyere cheese together and spread on dough. Place half cooked slices of bacon over the cheese mixture. Place 450 degree oven bake for 12 minutes. Take pizza out of the oven make nests in dough for eggs, crack eggs over the nests in dough so they stay in place. Put pizza back in the oven about 7 minutes once the eggs are cooked take out of oven cook 3-5 minutes. Slice pizza top with fresh ground pepper and chopped chives. Enjoy!
