Up Side Down German Chocolate Cake
A simple and delicious twist on german chocolate cake. Prep time: 10 minutes |Cook time: 35 minutes |Total time: 45 minutes |Servings: 15•1 box of German Chocolate Cake Mix
•1 cup(s) of Coconut
•1 cup(s) of Chopped Pecans
•8 ounce(s) of Philidelphia Cream Cheese
•8 tbsp. of Margarine
•4 cup(s) of Powdered Sugar
Steps
1.Mix cake mix as directed on box
2.Spray 9x13 pan with non stick spray
3.Sprinkle coconut and pecans over the bottom of the pan
4.Pour cake batter over coconut and pecans
5.In a sauce pan, melt the margarine and cream cheese, mixing until smooth
6.Add powdered sugar to melted margarine and cream cheese, mix until smooth
7.Spread or drizzle margarine, cream cheese, and powdered sugar mix over the top of the cake
8.Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, or until done.
9.Let cake cool for 1 hour before cutting
