Pesto
Ingredients


Ingredients


1 Bunch (around 2 cups) Fresh Basil

2-3 Tablespoons Olive Oil

2-3 Cloves Garlic

Salt and Pepper to Taste. Around 1/2 tsp

1-2 oz Walnuts or Pine Nuts

Parmesan Cheese to Taste. Around 2 oz


Cooking Instructions

Add the Basil, Garlic and Nuts to Food Processor. Pulse Chop around 3 times.
Add 1 tablespoon of oil, Salt and Pepper. Chop Till Smooth.
Clean sides of Food Processor, add the Parmesan cheese. Pulse again till desired consistency (Add more oil if looks to dry)
Mix in with cooked Pasta and serve or Store in refrigerator for up to a week.
