Here's what I'll be having for lunch! An amazingly
tasty Field Green Salad with Pears and Blue Cheese..
As Hippocrates would say, " Let Food be your medicine and medicine be your food. "

We are what we eat!
Though out our life, our bodies make and renew cells. What
we consume on a daily basis affects our brain health and body
health.
Cells grow and are regenerated through what we put in our
mouth.
For optimal nutrition we must consume proper nutrition.
Fast Food Diets = Fast Food Brains and Overweight bodies..
Food is a drug and has a way of influencing our mood and
energy levels..
Kids eat sugar and start bouncing off walls, adults
drink coffee and become impatient and demanding..
Food can also make us sleepy, spacey and feel like we need a
nap.
Good healthy, nutritious food is the kind of fuel that gives us
amazing energy that will last for hours.
Our diet has an effect on every aspect of your physical health
and well being.
When we eat a healthy diet we look healthy..
Alright! Here we go!
Let's create this wonderful healthy salad!
5 Cups Field Greens
2 Medium Pears, Cored & Sliced Thinly
2 Tablespoons Walnuts
2 Tablespoons Pecans
4 ounces Crumbled Blue Cheese
1 Recipe of Balsamic Vinaigrette
2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinger
2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 1/2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard1/2 teaspoon Basil
Sea Salt & and Pepper to taste
Add Vinaigrette Ingredients to
a mason jar combine, cover and
shake well to mix.
For Field Green Salad
In a large salad bowl combine greens,
pear slices and toss to mix.
Pour Balsamic Vinaigrette over salad and toss.
Now, Divide Salad evenly among four salad plates.
Sprinkle with nuts and blue cheese.
Makes 4 servings
Kiss Tip: Spinach works well, too!
