COCONUT MACAROON PIE RECIPE

Ingredients:

1-1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
3/4 cup milk
1-1/2 cups shredded coconut


Directions:

1. Beat eggs, sugar and salt until lemon colored. Add butter and flour and blend well.

2. Fold in 1 cup coconut and pour into unbaked pie shell. Put remaining coconut on the top.

3. Bake at 350F for 40-45 minutes.
