SPICY DUCK SAUCE:
Combine:
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. ground allspice
2 tbsp. dry sherry
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. chili sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
